The number of implants needed

Is there a separate cost for the single use surgical materials needed when placing an implant?  Is it included in the quoted cost?

Dr. Lee does charge a separate fee for the single use materials needed in an implant surgery.  The fee is the same for single or multiple implants placed.  Including this cost within the quoted fee would increase the costs to you, the patient, when multiple implants are placed.
